50 Cent recently revealed that he's not just OK with Soulja Boy, but that he also wanted to collaborate with the swag-rap enthusiast. "Mean Mug" is apparently the first product of that willingness to work together. And, well, the results are actually kind of surprising. Personally, I expected to hear a shoddy Soulja beat, which is here, and a few of his typically hilarious verses. But rather than phone this in, he and 50 go back and forth like some old-school hip-hop duo. You know, one of those old-school hip-hip duos that was clearly carried by its more talented member.
Soulja's The DeAndre Way is due out Nov. 30.
